Relaxing Stretches for the Body + Mobility Exercises

Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or improve your flexibility and mobility, incorporating relaxing stretches and mobility exercises into your routine can have numerous benefits for your overall well-being. Here are some simple yet effective stretches and exercises to help you relax and move better:

1. Child's Pose

Child's Pose

Start on your hands and knees, then sit back on your heels while reaching your arms forward. Hold this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute to stretch your back, shoulders, and hips.

2. Cat-Cow Stretch

Cat-Cow Stretch

On your hands and knees, alternate between arching your back up like a cat and dipping it down like a cow. Repeat this movement for 1-2 minutes to improve spinal flexibility.

3. Standing Forward Fold

Standing Forward Fold

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and fold forward from the hips, reaching towards the floor or your shins. Hold for 30 seconds to stretch your hamstrings and release tension in your lower back.
